Artificial insemination and growth
Stages of Embryonic development and larval, and age determination

·                 Hormonal induction
·                 Artificial Insemination
·                 Age of the fish

Artificial Insemination
It is to control the internal and external conditions of the fish for mating by combining the male sperm with the female eggs of the fish in a laboratory.
And one of the steps of artificial insemination
1) Choose mature parents.
2) Injection of the pituitary gland.
3) Extraction of eggs and sperm.
4) Fertilization of eggs and isolation of fertilized eggs.
5) Incubate the fertilized eggs.
6) Care for caterpillars.
Hormonal induction
Hormonal stimulation of living organisms Control the production of sexual cells and female eggs where (fish) can be induced to produce sexual cells using injections of hormones produced by the reproductive and pituitary glands of humans and fish under a strict and precise system and therefore some of the organisms' characteristics that are related to sex and growth can be controlled.
The factors that depend on the success of hormonal induction
1- Choosing the fish used with this system is accurate.
2- Choose the correct time for hormonal injection.
3- Sexual maturity and adulthood.
Advantage
1) Need simple equipment and skill in employment. And cheap in costs.
2) It is possible to control the surrounding environmental conditions, which affects the pollination process positively.
3) Artificial insemination is suitable for conducting different crosses between fish.
4) It is possible to control the quality and selection of items desirable to grow them economically.
Disadvantage
1)Sometimes the loss of fertility is caused by collecting eggs at an inappropriate time, which leads to eggs becoming more developed.
2) If the different ovulation times in fish are not observed for early sexual maturity and late puberty, this affects the ovulation itself.
3) The fishing method affects the efficiency of ovulation.
4) Ease of hatching is easily damaged and diseases in the absence of control of the surrounding conditions.
